1. General Terms

By using this website, placing an order, joining our Discord support server, or accessing any Fury Services product page, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. Fury Services provides digital software products, private game tools, loaders, setup instructions, reseller access, and support resources for customers worldwide.

2. Digital Products

All products listed on Fury Services are digital items delivered electronically after payment. Delivery may include a license key, loader access, product instructions, dashboard access, or a related download link. Product availability, supported platforms, features, and status may change after game updates, anti-cheat updates, or technical maintenance.

3. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for reading product information before purchase, choosing the correct product and subscription duration, entering a valid email address, and following setup instructions carefully. You are also responsible for keeping your license key, dashboard link, and account access private.

4. Product Status and Updates

Fury Services may mark products as Undetected, Updating, or Detected based on the current product status. Software may require updates after game patches or security changes. During update periods, temporary downtime may occur while the development team works on stability, compatibility, and performance.

5. Payments and Delivery

After successful payment, the product is delivered to the email entered during checkout or made available through your personal dashboard. If you do not receive your order, create a ticket in our Discord server and provide your payment details, email address, and order information.

6. Refund Policy

Because Fury Services provides digital products with instant access, refunds are not available once a license key has been activated or delivered. By purchasing, the customer agrees that all sales are final after activation. Exceptions may only be considered in cases of duplicate payments or confirmed technical delivery issues.

7. Support

Support is provided through our official Discord server. Our team may help with installation, loader setup, compatibility checks, payment confirmation, and order access. Support response time can vary depending on workload, product updates, and ticket volume.

8. Reseller Program

Reseller access is provided only after approval by Fury Services staff. Resellers may receive discounted pricing and access to a private panel for topping up balance and generating keys. Abuse of reseller access, chargebacks, fraud, or unauthorized sharing may result in account removal.

9. Account and Order Access

The My Orders system uses email-based authorization. You must enter the email used at checkout to receive an authorization link. Fury Services may limit repeated authorization attempts to protect account security and reduce abuse.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website, products, support server, reseller panel, or My Orders area means you accept the latest version of these Terms.
